Robin Morton, Certified Health Coach

health program: basic information

This is a comprehensive program designed by critical-care physicians, leaders in nutritional intervention and supported by Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. The program is safe, affordable, clinically tested, recommended by more than 15,000 physicians — and it works.

This is not a diet. According to Webster's Dictionary, a diet is "a selection or a limitation on the amount a person eats for reducing weight". This implies that once the weight has been "reduced" — you can stop the diet. This is the primary reason people regain weight after they stop dieting . . . and the reason that diets don't work.

Again, this is not a diet. This is a health program that teaches you healthy habits and how to sustain those habits for the rest of your life. That being said, one of the many benefits of this program is that you will lose weight. In fact, you'll lose between 2 and 5 pounds per week.
